tactvMany subscribers of state-owned Arasu Cable TV Corporation in the district are complaining of cable operators charging them as much as Rs 700 for installing the free set-top boxes (STBs) issued by the corporation. The operators are threatening to disconnect the service if they don't pay up, the subscribers told TOI.
