After many successful seasons, Vijay TV's Bhakthi Thiruvizha is back in its eighth season. The five-day spiritual fest which began on March 16 at Chennai's Narada Gana Sabha, will see scholars and singers present discourses and music performances. This festival was inaugurated by Swami Gnanananda Saraswathi on 16 March. The programmes are as follows:

On March 18, at 5 p.m., Sindhuja will render Upanyasam on 'Pandurangan Magimai'. At 6 p.m., Upanyasam on 'Thirumagal Thiruarul' will be by Ananthapadmanabachariyar. At 7 p.m., it will be time for songs on Lord Murugan by Pushpa Anand. At 7.45 p.m., . Karunakarachariyar talk on 'Manathirukku Iniyasinam'.
